  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation message with a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

  • In case of delays caused by high demand, stock verification, or courier issues, our team will inform you promptly.


2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with trusted courier services such as NimbusPost, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure reliable delivery.

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, festive rush, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

  • COD Orders: ₹80–₹100 COD handling charge may apply depending on location.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp/email to monitor your parcel.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us within 24 hours for investigation.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most pin codes across India.

  • Please ensure your mobile number is active for delivery verification calls.

  • Repeated refusals or fake orders may result in COD service being disabled for your account.


6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India. However, international delivery options will be introduced soon.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
